Mission Statement
The Rockland County YMCA is dedicated to bringing meaningful change to individuals and communities. We are a non-profit organization with a 501 (c)(3) status, and its mission is to empower youth, promote healthy living, and strengthen community connections. Our main areas of focus are youth development, healthy living, and social responsibility. Since its in-corporation in 1887, the Rockland County YMCA has been there for the community. We serve more than 6000 individuals throughout Rockland County. The Rockland County YMCA achieves our mission through various programs and services that address the needs of people of all ages and backgrounds.
