SOUTH GRAND PRAIRIE HIGH SCHOOL WARRIOR BAND FANS
Mission Statement
I hope this message finds you well. I am reaching out on behalf of the South Grand Prairie High School Band as we kick off our annual fundraising efforts for the upcoming school year. My son Marcus Meyers is a senior and has proudly participated in the band program since middle school. Over the years, we’ve seen firsthand how music education enriches students’ lives, builds discipline, and creates lasting memories. With your support, we hope to continue providing these opportunities to all our dedicated band members. We are currently seeking local business sponsors to help fund important expenses such as travel, uniforms, equipment, and competition fees. In appreciation of your generosity, we offer several sponsorship tiers with promotional benefits, including: • Recognition on our band’s social media pages and website • Verbal acknowledgments during football game performances • Company logo placement on our band trailer that travels to events I’ve attached a flyer with full details of our sponsorship levels and donation options. We welcome contributions of any amount, and every donation directly supports our students’ success. Thank you for considering this opportunity to invest in our young musicians and become a valued supporter of the Warrior Band. If you have any questions or would like to discuss this further, feel free to reach out to me directly at 469-545-5969. With sincere appreciation, Monica Meyers momeyers34@gmail.com Parent of a South Grand Prairie Band Senior
