Mission Statement

It is New-Hud, Inc.’s mission to provide a beneficial community service by creating affordable homeownership opportunities, to assist the Federal, State, City, and local Government as well as Foundations, Corporations, and Individual philanthropists in their ongoing efforts to support homeownership for the poor, low-to-moderate income families, elderly, disabled, and the terminally ill without regard to race, religion, or national origin as stated in the Fair Housing Act.
