Mission Statement
The Employers’ Education Foundation (a 501.c3 charitable organization) is committed to working with business, educators, students, parents and building those relationships to facilitate the development of a world class workforce. The Foundation offers programs and activities in the community that supports the education and training of our youth in manufacturing careers. Manufacturing is the largest employer in York county and for every new job in manufacturing 3 additional jobs in other industries are created – manufacturing is critical to our economic success.
