TAPESTRY HEALTH SYSTEMS INC
Mission Statement
Since its inception as the Family Planning Council of Western Massachusetts in 1973, Tapestry provides critical frontline healthcare and education to the most disenfranchised members of the Western Massachusetts community. We provide care through a lens of social equity and preservation of bodily autonomy, recognizing that stigma and compounding barriers to care hinder the health of all in our community. Nobody is turned away for inability to pay. Our current program areas include sexual and reproductive health, harm reduction, WIC, and mobile healthcare services. Our services shift and evolve according to the contemporary needs and emerging health crises of our region, but always remain rooted in standards of high-quality and compassion.
