Ladies in Film & Television (LIFT) is a community-focused nonprofit dedicated to uplifting women and underrepresented talent in the film and television industry. Originally founded as Headline Mentors & Performing Arts, LIFT rebranded to better reflect its evolving mission—to create safe creative spaces and build a powerful network for those often overlooked.
