Mission Statement
The mission of the ELLE Foundation is to CREATE MEMORIES OF JOY FOR CHILDREN WITH CANCER & GRANT FINAL SECOND WISHES OF CHILDREN BATTLING A RECURRENCE. The ELLE Foundation, a 100% volunteer family foundation, was created by Lauren Elle Richmond just two days before Lauren returned home to heaven, at the age of 15. For over 5 years Lauren faced the emotionally and physically devastating effects of a recurring brainstem tumor. It was Lauren's vision, and now our passion, for the ELLE FOUNDATION to give children with a recurrence of cancer and their families a moment to forget, to laugh, to rejuvenate their spirits and create memories their hearts will treasure forever.
