AUBURN RIVERSIDE HIGH SCHOOL BOOSTER CLUB

The purpose of the Auburn Riverside High School Booster Club is to provide high school students the opportunity regardless of physical ability, to develop foundational teamwork and leadership skills through the participation in High School level athletic and/or organized activities. The intent of this organization is to ensure that young adults, who have the commitment to engage in these organized activities, have the opportunity to participate in regular training sessions and periodic competitive situations. This organization is focused on supporting students ranging in age from 14 to 19 years old. This corporation is organized and operated exclusively for the purpose of charitable, religious, educational and scientific purposes including, for such purchases, the making of distributions to organizations that qualify as exempt organizations under section 501(c)(3) of the internal Revenue Code or corresponding sections of any future federal tax code.
