Mission Statement
Swan Is Love Outreach Foundation is a Long Island based nonprofit built on love, community, and action. Since 2011, we’ve raised funds through grassroots events to support cancer patients, invest in youth, and help local families in need. 15 years later, we are a registered 501c3 and have evolved into a sustained, community-powered force grounded by three core values: love is love, be who you needed when you were younger, and cancer sucks.
