Mission Statement
The Members of Sigma Pi Phi Fraternity established the Boulé Foundation in 1980 to serve and strengthen the African American community. The Foundation has focused its efforts on education and leadership development. The Trustees are committed to providing resources to build a generation prepared to face the responsibilities and challenges of the twenty-first century. Through scholarships and grants, the Boulé Foundation is helping to nurture and support our young people to ensure that they lead us to a meaningful and prosperous future.
