TRUSTEES OF PURDUE UNIVERSITY

As a 4-H Beef Club, our objective is to educate our members to raise and finish the best steer possible from the calf they have drawn. It is the member's goal to produce a product that will yield and grade above average and have a safe product for the consumer.Freezer beef is a substantial investment, but also results in long term savings when you average out what you pay for the standard ground beef and those choice steaks that will fill your freezer. Considering the projected higher cost of beef in the near future, it is my opinion the harvest of this group of steers will be enjoyed by you, the consumer.
