All Out for Change® is committed, through Supplemental Scholarship Awards, to supporting ambitious, financially disadvantaged college scholarship recipients who can't afford college-related and living expenses. These awards help to reduce their student debt burden should they accept a college scholarship offer, and help them to stay in college to pursue their well deserved degrees, professions, upward mobility, and change their lives for good.
