Mission Statement
The South Suburban Association of Chiefs of Police (SSACOP) is Illinois' largest regional law enforcement association, representing over 70 law enforcement and public safety agencies in the south and southwest suburban areas of Chicago. Every year the SSACOP donates thousands of dollars back into the communities it serves to help families in need, bona fide charitable organizations and promoting the importance of education through scholarships.
