YES (Youth Empowerment Scholarships) to Kids. YES to Kids is a 501(c)(3) IRS IRS-approved charity located in Roaring Spring, PA. We serve children in Blair and Bedford County. Our Mission is “To improve the lives of disadvantaged children in our community by providing them the means to participate in extracurricular activities of their choice."
