PEARLS for Teen Girls is dedicated to improving the quality of life and strengthening the community by empowering young women and gender-expansive youth. Their mission is to provide self-development tools, guidance, and support, encouraging participants to strive for better, brighter futures by embracing the PEARLS values: Personal Responsibility, Empathy, Awareness, Respect, Leadership, and Support.
