DUNN COUNTY FISH & GAME ASSOCIATION
Mission Statement
The Dunn County Fish and Game Association is a Habitat and Conservation Sportsman club that was started in 1928. The Club has actively been involved with many projects which benefit the county such as; • providing scholarships to conservation related degrees • purchasing of land for public hunting • support wildlife management and other natural resources conservation programs • Building and installing fish cribs and tree drops called fish sticks to improve fish habitat • Support the Menomonie Rifle Range, the Menomonie Mustangs trap team and Hunters Education Program • Host the annual youth trout fishing at Jerimiah Bullfrog Fish farm and help with the youth fishing at the Knapp pond • Sponsor and support annual Disabled fishing event where local residents of nursing homes are taken out for a day of fishing on pontoon boats and served a fish dinner on Lake Menomin.
