Mission Statement

NextGen Gents is a Houston-based 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization dedicated to preparing high school young men for successful futures through mentorship, workforce development, leadership training, career exploration, and life-skills education. Through partnerships with schools, businesses, and community leaders, we equip students with the confidence, professional skills, and exposure needed to thrive in college, the workforce, and their communities while becoming the next generation of gentlemen.
