Mission Statement
Priority Access Services (PAS) advocates for Houston’s most vulnerable, helping veterans, seniors, people with disabilities, and those experiencing homelessness overcome barriers to housing, healthcare, benefits, and essential services. We provide direct support, help people navigate complex systems, and advocate when they’re overlooked or mistreated. Our mission is to help people find stability, dignity, hope, and a path toward a better future.
