Mission Statement
Our mission is to give ex-racehorses a second chance. “To Protect the Legacy of Former Racehorses through Reconditioning, Retraining, and Re-homing.” After the Homestretch Arizona is a 501(c)(3) Arizona non-profit organization whose mission is to protect the legacy of former racehorses through reconditioning, retraining, and re-homing. ATHA is a 100% volunteer-run non-profit dedicated to giving these magnificent animals a second chance. Since 2011, we've found forever homes for over 91 horses! 100% of donations goes directly to the care of these wonderful horses. No one at ATHA receives a salary.
