YANKTON BASEBALL ASSOCIATION

The mission of the corporation is to provide the following services to the Yankton community. (a) To promote, provide funding for, and provide education information for Teener, American Legion and high school club baseball. To provide instruction to the area youth on the fundamentals of baseball including teamwork, sportsmanship, responsibility and to provide equipment and facilities for playing of baseball. (b) To engage in any other lawful purpose related to the promotion of, and providing funding for, youth baseball to the extent allowed of non-profit corporations under the South Dakota Non-Profit Corporation Act.
