Mission Statement
The Mission of the Clarke Square Neighborhood Initiative (CSNI) is to improve the neighborhood and benefit community residents. CSNI is responsible for the continued implementation of the Clarke Square Quality of Life Plan (QLP). The Clarke Square QLP comprises 10 strategy areas that Clarke Square stakeholders identified as being of primary importance to them. The 10 strategy areas are as follows: Community-School Partnership Lifelong Education Employment and Job Training Youth Parks and Recreation Social Connections Public Safety Neighborhood Beautification Housing Economic Development Health & Wellness
