ROC's mission has three interconnected components: 1) Rehabilitate neighborhoods by refurbishing dilapidated and vacant buildings donated to ROC; 2) Provide on-the-job construction training to vulnerable veterans (i.e. unemployed veterans with prior substance abuse issues, large gaps in their employment history, wounded warriors); 3) Provide domestic violence survivors with safe and affordable transitional housing (approx. $250/month rent).
