Naadee Development Corporation

The Naadee Development Corporation (NDC ) was created to bridge the gap between employers and job seekers with special circumstances. The programs are designed to optimize the successful transition from military to civilian or assist displaced civilian workers to regain entry into the labor force. The program affords the veteran an opportunity to adjust to civilian culture and grow confidence in civilian careers while developing valuable experience not taught in the classroom. The NDC has two main apprenticeship programs, one for veterans and one for civilians. The apprenticeships will help individuals gain the proper training elements, granting them the opportunity to satisfy basic requirements for their chosen career. Some participants will earn certificates or certifications in place of or in addition to their degree. The first program, nV31, is tailored specifically for veterans to strengthen them to ensure they easily acclimate to cultural and technical gaps in the civilian workforce. The second, nC31, is for technically challenged displaced civilians to gain current skills needed to reenter the job market. The goal is to build long term solutions for job seekers who qualify for one of our programs which will lead to sustained employment. Other resources to assist veterans, civilians and their families are available through partner agencies to enhance their quality of life.
