HOPE CLINIC AND CARE CENTER INC
Mission Statement
To partner with the community to help improve its health and well-being by providing access to quality health care for the healing of the body, mind, and spirit by demonstrating the love of Jesus Christ to those in need. Hope Clinic is the only truly free primary care medical clinic in Wisconsin’s Fox Valley. Our services are free to patients whose income falls at or below 300% of the Federal Poverty Guidelines. Other area organizations serve those with low incomes, but either charge a fee or offer financial aid. We work with these organizations to provide the best medical outcome for our patients, working in concert on behalf of the patient, not in competition, to avoid redundancies and expand services. We partner with LEAVEN, Winnebago County Public Health Department, Menasha Public Health Department, Vida Medical Clinic, Wisconsin Association of Free & Charitable Clinics, a special program for WIC, and local city and county public health departments.
