Mission Statement
Strong TIES is an IRS approved 501(c)3 non-profit organization with a mission to introduce, engage, and broaden the participation of middle and high school students in the field of Science, Technology, Engineering, the Arts, and Math (STEAM). Our focus is on empowering underrepresented and historically underserved groups by providing culturally relevant and responsive tools through skills building programs. We recognize the crucial role of the arts in STEM education and skill-building and emphasize the importance of integrating them as a critical component of STEM learning and understanding.
