The Bears program is designed for football players of all ages and skill levels, regardless of playing experience. Our program is directed toward the players. Winning is not an end in itself. Emphasis is placed on providing a great experience for the players and in developing character in each and every one of them. The Bears' approach to football is one of skill, development, and speed. Brute tactics have no place in the Bears' system.
