Project I CAN (PIC) uses a holistic approach to combat poverty, violence, and racism on Baltimore City’s youth, particularly youth of color. Our mission is to provide paid job skills training and comprehensive services to Baltimore City youth through a yearlong workforce, life skills, and leadership development program that includes an internship with our partner organization CUPs Coffeehouse, meetings with our Youth Services Specialist, and optional sessions with a licensed mental health counselor.
