Mission Statement
Junior Achievement’s mission is to inspire and prepare young people to succeed in a global economy. We fulfill this mission by pairing proven in-classroom curriculum with immersive, hands-on learning experiences. Our programs are designed to equip students across the Eastern Shore with the tools they need to be financially independent, develop an entrepreneurial mindset, and confidently navigate their pathway into the workforce. Through local partnerships and real-world applications, we empower the next generation to make informed decisions about their futures.
