FULLER CENTER FOR HOUSING INC

Our mission is to assist low-income residents of the Peoria area with their housing needs and to ensure their housing is safe, secure and livable. Our focus is to assist Peoria area veterans who own their home with home repairs at no cost to the veteran. Our goal is to complete 25 repairs for veterans in 2014. As our resources increase, we will expand our services to non veterans who meet our financial guidelines. Ultimately our goal is to rehab houses and build new houses and sell them at below market rates with an interest free mortgage. We are an all-volunteer organization and have no paid staff. We do not seek nor accept government funds. We are an affiliate of The Fuller Center for Housing headquartered in Americus, GA. There are 70 affiliates in the United States and there are affiliates in 16 other countries. The Fuller Center was founded in 2005 by Millard and Linda Fuller, who founded Habitat for Humanity in 1976. Our affiliate was founded in June, 2013. We do NOT seek nor accept government funding. This application is being made with our parent organization's EIN. We have a separate EIN 46-2985581. We are included in the parents' group exemption to confirm our 501(c)(3) status we can provide a copy of our letter from the parent or David Snell, President of our parent organization can be contacted at 229-924-2900.
