Mission Statement
To provide people who have been diagnosed with Parkinson’s Disease with hope and the opportunity to live their lives with confidence and strength. Our program encourages intense exercise through high intensity interval training which is personalized for each individual. Beat PD Today also provides emotional and social support and education to give participants a sense of empowerment over their destiny.
