R4 is a 501© (3) Non-Profit organization whose mission is to change the culture of incarceration; one returning citizen at a time. This population is at times considered, The Lost, Last and Least Desirables. It is our mission to change the mindset of how society deals with returning citizens. We provide them with the necessary resources needed to get their lives back on track to becoming productive, law abiding citizens. The overall goal of the Foundation is to assist returning citizens with becoming and staying both physically and mentally healthy.
