TOGETHER WE THRIVE

Together We Thrive’s mission is to champion the advancement of every youth in North Texas who has been unjustly labeled. We serve middle and high school students from underserved communities, who are navigating life without a consistent, caring adult and are often labeled “at risk” due to poverty, trauma, or behavioral challenges. Founded in 2018, Together We Thrive meets students where they are—physically and emotionally—through weekly, relationship-driven coaching delivered during the school day. Coaches guide students through SEL-based topics like emotional regulation, conflict resolution, academic goal-setting, and identity development. These one-on-one sessions build trust, shift mindsets, and help youth disrupt cycles of poverty, disengagement, and despair. Our reach has grown from serving 41 students at a single alternative school to more than 1,000 students annually across four Dallas ISD campuses. In the 2024–2025 school year alone, we delivered over 11,000 hours of individualized support. The outcomes are compelling: 100% of students graduate or advance to the next grade, and 95% report greater hope for their future. Together We Thrive exists to be the steady, trusted adult that so many students are missing—offering the kind of relationship that not only addresses challenges today but builds resilience for life.
