Mission Statement

When we started over 25 years ago, we were only looking for a way to remember our daughter in a special and meaningful way. What once started out as a few friends has grown to include hundreds of people touched by Candace's story. It's our mission to spread awareness of the dangers of drunk driving ,while honoring our daughter to keep her legacy alve. All funds that are raised through our event and on our website, will go towards students graduating from high school this year, 2026. Students must apply and are then selected based on their personal statements and extracurricular activities. The scholarships are then awarded at the end of the school year. The Wesolowski will determine the award winners.
