Mission Statement
The mission of the West Yavapai Guidance Clinic, doing business as Polara Health, is to provide high-quality, client-centered mental health services to residents of Yavapai County, Arizona. Polara Health serves nearly 9,000 individuals annually within 10 clinics in the Prescott, Prescott Valley, Dewey Humboldt, Chino Valley, and Verde Valley areas, with services for infants through adolescents, young adults, and adults through seniors. Services include integrated outpatient care (primary and behavioral), clinical assessment, diagnosis, and therapy for psychological and developmental concerns; crisis intervention for suicidal ideation, substance abuse and overdose, or psychotic episode; and substance use disorder treatment and inpatient care for serious mental illness.
