The mission of ARCH is to enhance and maintain the quality of life of individuals with special needs by providing therapeutic recreation services, health and wellness programs, socialization opportunities and basic living skills, in our facilities and in the community. We aim to promote higher levels of physical well-being, independence, and self-sufficiency in the special needs population.
