Mission Statement
Our mission is to make yoga accessible to everyone, everywhere, and at any time, with a special focus on those who need it most but lack access. As a non-profit foundation, we are dedicated to bringing the transformative practice of yoga to underserved populations, including but not limited to those in prisons, survivors of domestic and sexual violence, victims of human trafficking, and residents of homeless shelters.
