Established in 1995, the St. Rose Dominican Health Foundation is committed to supporting the mission and values of Dignity Health - St. Rose Dominican by conducting comprehensive annual and capital fundraising programs. The mission of the St. Rose Dominican Health Foundation is to improve community health and wellness through fundraising and relationship building for Dignity Health - St. Rose Dominican. The Health Foundation is a non-profit organization as provided under section 501 (c) (3) and 509 (a) (3) of the Internal Revenue Code.
