PA TERRAIN SEARCH AND RESCUE

I am contacting you because I believe we share a common goal in helping our community and our families. At PA Terrain Search and Rescue we aim to find lost persons who may be injured, sick, or lost in a remote or difficult to access area. We want to do everything we possibly can to find our loved ones. Over 600,000 people go missing each year in the United States. As a parent myself, I personally would do anything and everything I could possibly do to find my child should they become lost. At PA Terrain Search and Rescue we want to give everyone the same opportunity. To ensure that everything that is humanly possible is being tried. We want to give comfort and confidence that each operation is in well-trained hands. PA Terrain Search and Rescue collaborates with emergency responders, police departments, fire departments, DCNR, among others. PA Terrain Search and Rescue not only works with multiple departments they also work in many types of terrain such as mountains, forests, caves, etc. SARs members are trained in first aid, outdoor skills needed in certain terrain and climates, and the Incident Command System. We are dedicated to what we do. One of the greatest things about SARS is that we can provide a no charge service every day, any hour, all year around, to anyone who needs help being found. There is no terrain that we will not go through to find someone. We want to improve our capabilities to enhance our ability to improve training and equipment. We need help. We are a nonprofit organization. Your generous donation will allow us to increase our training capabilities, upgrade equipment, and help keep supplies handy when we get that emergency call. We need to increase our capabilities to be able to get too harder to reach spots safely, faster. Our goal is to give every loved one a better chance of survival and to be returned home safely.
