PROJECT MY DAY INC

Project My Day, Inc. is a volunteer lead 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization in Newburgh, New York. We believe every child should be recognized and deserves to celebrate important events in their life. Our mission is to bring JOY into the lives of children in foster care in Dutchess and Orange County, New York, by giving them gifts on their special day(s) (Birthdays, which include a celebration box, moving-up day, graduation, prom, just because, etc.) What did you consider a special day in your life as a child? These events give you much joy, love, and lasting memories, but not everyone gets this. Here at Project My Day, Inc., we want to provide every child in foster care in Dutchess and Orange County, New York, with those everlasting memories by giving them gifts on their day! We work with Dutchess and Orange County Department of Social Services, and The Children's Home of Poughkeepsie to get wishlists from foster children so we can get them what they want. We are the only NYS Charities registered 501(c)(3) providing gifts to foster children on their day(s) in the Hudson Valley. Please help us bring joy to these children living in our community.
