GulfSafe exists to prevent drownings and promote water safety along Florida’s Gulf Coast by providing free access to life-saving equipment, education, and community-driven solutions. Our mission is to protect lives — especially those of children and non-swimmers — through our Life Jacket Loaner Program, public outreach, and trauma-informed advocacy. This initiative is proudly sponsored by U.S. Coast Guard units, first responders, and local partners who share our commitment to safer shorelines and stronger, more resilient communities. Together, we are turning compassion into prevention — one life jacket, one family, and one beach at a time.
