CHILDRENS HOPE FOSTER FAMILY AGENCY

Children’s Hope is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit corporation regulated by the Community Care Licensing Division of the California State Department of Social Services. Our Federal Tax Id is 94-3089825 and proof of 501(c)(3) status can be found attached to this document. The agency recruits and certifies individual foster family homes. Children’s Hope staff members provide in-service, licensing, monitoring, and support services to the individual foster homes. Our mission is to provide our clients with a professional level of care, compassion, understanding, and services which meet or exceed their greatest level of expectations and enable them to attain and live a normal, balanced lifestyle in today's society. We firmly agree with these words from Forest E. Whitcraft: “A hundred years from now it will not matter what my bank account was or the kind of car I drove; but the world may be different because I was important in the life of a child.” The safety and comfort, success and happiness of the foster children entrusted to our care are our foremost priorities. We seek to provide youth of all ages with a nurturing and supportive home and foster family during the difficult time spent away from their biological families. We strive to create an environment where children who have often grown up too fast, have the chance to safely and happily progress and develop as productive, healthy, and balanced individuals. Simply put, our goal is to make a difference- one child at a time.
