Mission Statement
Houston Voting Initiative (HVI) is a nonpartisan nonprofit organization dedicated to educating, empowering, and mobilizing individuals in historically underserved and underrepresented communities of color throughout the Greater Houston area. Through voter education, civic engagement, leadership development, and community partnerships, HVI works to increase participation in the democratic process and strengthen community advocacy.
